Frequently asked questions
How long do orders usually take?
Processing orders usually takes me around 3-7 days, shipping (which will be handled through USPS) will take around 2-7 business days.
Do you have international shipping outside of the U.S.?
Not at the moment. Unfortunately I only do domestic shipping, and can only ship to areas within the U.S. (International shipping coming soon!)
Does shipping come with tracking?
STICKER ONLY ORDERS do NOT come with tracking!! These will be stamped letter mail. All other order will receive a tracking number by email once the order is shipped.
My package has shipped but the tracking has not updated! What do I do?
Please allow a few days for the tracking to update after the shipment email. This may take time. If the issue persists, please contact me at:milkiteastudios@gmail.com
Please note that we are not responsible for missing packages! Once the order is received by the USPS, it is out of my hands. **Please file for a missing package if this is the case at the USPS website.
